Cousins and Naomi's Homecoming

Your pictures and fotos in a slideshow on MySpace, eBay, Facebook or your website!view all pictures of this slideshow

Four boys in the same room together for 2 1/2 days. They loved and hated each other. They fought and they played. It was rather nerve racking but it was fun.. Looking back on it now.. now that Noah and Joseph are home with their parents and baby Naomi, it wasn't so bad. Sweet little Naomi came over for a visit on her first day home from the hospital. I heard her cry for the first time. :) She is so tiny! I love it. What a blessing from God!

My New Niece

Naomi Joy was born September 17, 2008.
She is 7lbs 10 oz and 20in long! :) She is just as cute as she can be and we are just so thankful that the Lord blessed our family with a girl to add to the four boys! :)

My Friends

~June's Theme~
My Friends
The Lord has blessed me with many friends but I am going to tell you about just a few that I have become very close to these past couple of months!

First, there is Bethany. She is one of my closest friends. We used to talk ALL the time online but here lately it has slowed down a little, but we talk whenever we see the other online. :) I met Bethany at church and we just recently became really good friends! We get together on weekends sometimes and play Dutch Blitz or just watch a movie. She is a ton of fun and always makes me laugh! LOL Bethany works really hard at the Victory Home Thrift Store and the church. She also teaches Junior church. I think she could do 50 things at one time sometimes! She's talking to me, blogging, and maybe talking to someone else all at the same time and it never seems to slow her down! I find that AMAZING! I can't do that. If I am talking to her I just have to stop blogging or whatever else I am doing and just focus on our conversation! lol (ial - - that's for Bethany) We abbreviate a lot, so she will know what ial means! lol Oh, Beth has a blog too! When you get a chance, check it out! http://homeschoolblogger.com/drgnfly1010 Right now Bethany and I are practicing a BarlowGirl song to sing in church on a Sunday! I'm pretty excited about that! I love to sing!! But I love it even more when I have someone singing with me! :)

Melanie is Bethany's mama and also someone that I really respect and think alot of! She is so awesome with everything that she does all the time. Just like Beth I think she could do 50 things at once but whenever you need a word with her, no matter how busy she is she will take a minute to talk with you or answer a question! She is very patient and thoughtful of others! Melanie has such a way with words!! When I sit down to read her blog I just laugh and laugh! Not long ago she blogged about her cat collections, after reading that I laughed for days and I still laugh whenever I think of it! You should read it! http://gpbcmelanie.blogspot.com :)

Nancy is also very awesome! She works for Victory Home also. You don't ever have to worry about Nancy lying to you because everyone who knows Nancy knows that she is going to give it to you straight! A lot of the men who come into Victory Home quote her famous saying, "Life as you know it is OVER" lol She says it in such a way that just makes me laugh, but it is always a very true statement once you choose to follow Christ! Her and her husband opened up their home for us when we lived an hour away. We spent the night a couple of times a week and they just seemed so happy to have us there. God had placed it on their heart to have a extra bedroom for that very reason. :) They are great!

Melissa lives right next door to us and is always volunteering to watch the kids for us so that we can go out and watch a movie or eat dinner. :) I just think that is so thoughtful of her to want to do that! Some weekends Bethany, Casey, and I go over to her house and play games and sometimes her and her son come over to our house and watch a movie and play games! :) It's always very fun! Her favorite saying when we play Dutch Blitz is "whatever, whatever" lol. Melissa is very unique! :)

Kourtney and I went to high school together. My senior year we became very close and would always encourage each other. High school is always a hard time and it helps to have someone by your side encouraging you and praying for you. Unfortunately we haven't kept in close contact. We have gone months without talking to each other but it is always great when we do talk. Kourtney just recently got married. I wasn't able to go to the wedding but we promised that we would get together soon with our husbands. :) That should be loads of fun!
